Order Status and Availability

Vindow is currently offered on a pre-order basis. This means that orders placed on our store are reserved for a future production batch and are not shipped immediately.

Estimated delivery timelines are not available at the time of purchase. Once shipping timelines are confirmed, customers will be notified by email and via the order status page.

Shipping Origin

When shipping begins, orders are expected to be fulfilled from a United States-based warehouse.

Shipping Destinations

We currently accept orders worldwide and allow checkout from all regions. Shipping availability may vary by destination once fulfillment begins.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Responsibility for these charges depends on the destination and local regulations. Any such fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery Timing

Because orders are placed in advance of production and fulfillment, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Shipping timelines become available

  • An order is shipped

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customs issues or delivery failures are non-refundable.
