Return & Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
If your Vindow isn't right for your space, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be:

  • complete, with all parts, the power supply, and the included View print;
  • in its original packaging, packed so it is protected in transit;
  • undamaged and unmodified (normal marks from mounting are fine).

How to return

  1. Contact us at elicohen1000@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns must be approved before sending.
  2. Once approved, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrives incomplete, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we may refuse the return or deduct the cost of missing or damaged parts from the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and keep all packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom Views (Upload Your Image or Design With AI), as they are printed to order. They are replaced only if they arrive defective.
  • Library View prints and accessories (blinds and curtains) that have been opened or used, unless returned with the Vindow they were ordered with.
  • Gift cards.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Exchanges
To change size, frame colour, or View, return the original item under this policy and place a new order.

After 30 days: 3-year limited warranty
Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for 3 years from delivery. We will repair or replace the item, at our option. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, accidents, water, or unauthorized modification, or normal fading or wear of View prints. To make a claim, email us with your order number, a description, and photos or video of the issue.

Customers in the EU and UK
If your order is delivered to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as required by law, under the conditions above.
